Online
We have partnered with Nebraska Payport for online payments. You will be able to go online at anytime to pay your utility bill. Visit ne.gov/go/bertrandvillagene. Please note that you will be charged a fee for using a credit/debit card. Please also note, that the billing name on your bank/credit statement will appear as “City Payment, NE, Lincoln, NE – Government Services”. We apologize for this confusion and are working to rectify this situation. You will receive a receipt via email.
